quality eSignature solution for small business

What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed.The reason why we went with SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is thatthe cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Yes, i’d recommend SignNow to others. It’s simple and works which is what I care about the most. I have actually suggested it to a few colleagues and they have had positive things to say about it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It’s a big challenge when you have your prospects have to scan and print or if they are savvy, to annotate the PDF. This solution makes it much faster for us to get back signed agreements which is an extremely important part of our business.
