SignNow Refund Policy
Canceling Your Subscription During the Free Trial Period
You can cancel your subscription online by following this link. If you are not logged in, you’ll be asked to do so. The process is straightforward and quick. If you encounter any difficulties, contact our dedicated Support Team for assistance.
Cancellation & Refund
Before contacting the support team, please have this information handy:
- Date and amount of the payment in question
- If paid with the bank card, specify the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the Service
- If paid with PayPal, specify your PayPal account email address
- Your full name and billing zip code
- Email address used to register the SignNow account or subscribe to SignNow services
Providing these details in your initial request message will significantly speed up the process.
Please note that refunds and cancellations of Services are directly connected. As soon as the refund is issued, your access to the Services will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to use paid features per Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
Additional Information
While the refund is instantaneous, it may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement. Your bank's processing time may vary.
SignNow is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions, or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
Feel free to visit our Help Center to learn how to manage your Subscription.
Refunds Outside of the Refund Policy
SignNow does not issue refunds in the following cases:
Transactions older than 30 days
SignNow has one of the best money-back guarantees in the industry. If you are a self-serve subscriber, you can request a refund within 30 days after your initial purchase date. Older transactions are not eligible for a refund.
Significant Usage
Our refund policy is intended for users who have determined that the product does not meet their expectations. If the services have been used significantly, this may indicate acceptance of the product, and in such cases, refund requests may be declined at our sole discretion. Additionally, any usage-based fees—such as charges for exceeding the annual limit of 100 invites—are strictly non-refundable.
Subscriptions bought through our Sales Team are not refundable
Please contact your Account Manager if you have any additional questions.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play
The App Store and Google Play handle all billing for in-app purchases made via smartphones, so we cannot assist you with a refund.
