The Partnership Agreement between the Surviving Partners and the Deceased Partner shall be continued on the same terms and conditions as presently in effect, and the Partnership Agreement shall be entered into by Representative with the same effect and purpose as if Representative were an original Partner to the Agreement. The Partnership Agreement shall be adopted, ratified, and confirmed as a partnership agreement between Surviving Partners and Representative with the exception that checks on the Partnership bank account shall not require the signature of Representative until the Partners shall determine otherwise.
