Agreement with Garage for Daily Parking and Service to Vehicle

Agreement made on the (date), between of referred to herein as Car Owner, and a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of , with its principal office located at referred to herein as Garage Owner.

Whereas, Car Owner is the owner of the following described automobile: , License No. (Tag Number) ; and

Whereas, Garage Owner owns a parking facility and garage (herein called Garage) located at ;

Now, therefore, for and in consideration of $ per month, paid in advance by Car Owner, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Garage Owner agrees as follows:

1. To permit the parking of the automobile in the Garage between the hours of and , in the space that may be designated by the manager of Garage.

2. To inspect daily the gasoline tank and to keep a minimum of gallons in the tank. Each bill for gasoline will show the speedometer reading.

3. To keep oil in the crankcase at the proper level and to drain and refill the same every miles, all according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

4. To oil and grease the car every miles.

5. To test the air in the tires regularly and to fill them when needed according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

6. To test and fill the batteries with distilled water regularly.

7. To inspect the fluid level in the radiator daily and in hot and cold weather to add the necessary amount of antifreeze.

8. To inspect the fluid level in the windshield-washer reservoir daily and in cold weather to add the necessary amount of windshield-washer fluid with alcohol.

Owner is to pay, in addition to the monthly charge, the regular standard and reasonable prices for gasoline, oil, antifreeze, windshield-washer fluid, and grease on presentation of the bills for the same.
