The Defendant accepts service of the Complaint filed in this case as if it had been served upon the Defendant personally and submits to the jurisdiction of this Court. For answer to the Complaint, the Defendant neither admits nor denies the allegations contained in it but demands strict proof. Defendant acknowledges Defendant’s marriage to the Plaintiff.

Defendant waives any further services of process in this case. Defendant waives the requirements of Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure 43 and 28(d) and expressly waives the requirement that testimony in this case be taken before the Clerk.

Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant expressly agree that said testimony may be taken by affidavit or affidavits, by the Defendant, the Plaintiff, or any Notary Public or other officer authorized to administer oaths, at any time whether prior to, concurrent with, or subsequent to this Waiver, and that said testimony may be submitted in this case at any time and place.
