Work Experience – Start with most recent position and cover earlier jobs.  Ask:  Things liked best about past jobs; things liked least.  Types of challenges; how were they met.  Promotions & advancements.  Career goals.  Major accomplishments; how they were achieved.  Reasons for changing jobs; Frustrations on job? How were they resolved? 3. Education – ( These questions are most helpful when interviewing a recent graduate).  Ask:  Subject like best; subjects liked least.  Relation of education to career.  Major achievements.  Grades.  Recent courses; why did he chose his/her major.  Future educational plans. 4. Self Assessment  Ask:  What contributions made on past jobs;  Strengths & areas of development;  Recent Performance Review rating;  Assets in working with others. 5. Quality Customer Service Assessment  Ask:  Comment on “The Customer is always right.”  Who are your customers?  Examples of quality you provided them.  What customer service did you provide that gave you great satisfaction?  Tell me about a good and bad customer service experience you had.  How would you have handled it differently?  What are your views on achieving customer satisfaction?  Explore performance rating on customer service. 6. Closing Interview (Use as appropriate)  Explain next steps; timeframe for decision.  Human Resources will be in contact.  Ask applicant if he/she has any questions.  Answer questions.
