Copyright 2004 USLegalforms.com SAFETY REGULATIONS _______________ SWIMMING POOL The following Swimming Pool Safety Regulations have been adopted by _______________, effective as of ________, 20___. These regulations will remain in effect until further notice. These rules apply to the immediate pool area and not to the common area outside the pool fence and the changing facility.Resident pool privileges are dependent upon observance of these rules at all times.1.Only residents and their guests are permitted to use the pool. A resident must accompany his/her/their guest(s) at all times.2.Social Functions: Each household may not have more than 2 guests at the pool during operating hours. Residents may host social functions for parties of 5 to 15 people, with the prior approval of the _______________ staff. Restrictions for such events are listed on the attached addendum.3.Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated person who is at least 18 years old. The supervising person must be present, at all times, within the pool area and observing all activity of the person(s) under their supervision. All children under the age of 13 who are unsupervised will be asked to leave the pool area. 4.Diving, running, and “horseplay” are prohibited in the entire pool area.5.Glass containers and pets are prohibited in the entire pool area.6.Each resident shall clean up after themselves and their guests or children before they leave the pool area.7.The pool is normally scheduled to be open on ________, and closes ________. The pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Staff may close the pool for planned or unexpected repairs.8. Serious violations of the pool regulations will forfeit all pool privileges for residents and their guests.
