The Harris County Cause Number 2. Payor’s Name 3. The Case Id (if available) 4. Payor’s social security number P AYMENTS All Child Support payments made at our office are processed the same day and mailed out the next working day. 1. We accept cash payments only at the front window. 2. All other payments are to be made payable to: Texas Child Support Disbursement Unit o r TXCSDU. 3. Print Payor's name, cause number, case id (if available) and payor’s social security number on the face of each payment to ensure all payments are processed to the correct account. 4. Payments are to be mailed to: TEXAS CHILD SUPPORT STAT E DISBURSEMENT UNIT, PO BOX 659791, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78265 -9791 I NQUIRIES 1. To obtain the date of last payment, please call 713 -755 -6077. Our IVR will give you the most recent payment received through our previous business day. You can access our w eb site at www.hcdistrictclerk.com for “real time” payment information. 2. All other inquiries, changes and requests are required in writing with your signature and a cop y of your state issued ID. To ensure proper identification, please include Payor's name and cause number on all correspondence. If you need immediate assistance, please call 713 -755 -6077. 3.
