It is now the desire of Trustee, and the parties for whom Trustee holds beneficial title, to establish and declare, of record, their ownership interests in the Lease. For adequate consideration and with this instrument being deemed to contain adequate words of grant necessary to assign the interest to the Owners, both as to beneficial and le gal ownership, the parties to this Stipulation stipulate, agree, and declare that the undi vided interest in the Lease assigned to Trustee in the Assignment, described above, is owned by each of t hem in the following manner, with each Owner owning the interest set opposite (his/her) name: Name of Owners Interest of Each Owner Trustee grants, sells, and conveys to each party named above the undivided interest set opposite each party's name.
