If you are submitting this application/questionnaire on line through our web site or as an attachment in an e mail please pay through Paypal. Please answer every question thoroughly. The more accurate the information that you provide us with the better we will be able to match you with a senior German Shepherd in our program. Once we review your complete application we will provide you with a list of the potential senior German Shepherds we feel are a good match for you to consider. Please keep in mind that although you may be applying with a particular senior German Shepherd in mind that you may have seen on our web site or on line, we make no promise that that particular dog is still available or would be considered a good match for your home. Before you fill out this form please know that we ask for an adoption donation for each dog, and donations are what helps us help the dogs. Once we agree on a suitable senior for you the $25 processing fee will be applied to the adoption donation.
