FARMHAND SERVICES CONTRACT This agreement is entered into by and between __________________ , (hereafter "Employer") and __________________ , (hereafter "Farmhand"). NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, Employer hires Farmhand, and Farmhand agrees to work for Employer under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties: 1. Scope of Services. Employer agrees to hire Farmhand to perform the following service _________________ _ . 2. Term of Employment.
