NO.             DEFENDANT FINAL JUDGMENT OF DIVORCE THIS DAY THIS CAUSE came to be heard on a Complaint for Divorce filed by Plaintiff,       , and Defendant,       , having been served with process on       ,       , and having failed to file and Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint, and more than sixty (60) days having passed since Defendant was served with process, and finding that Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into a mutually acceptable Separation and Property Settlement Agreement, and that both parties desire to divorce upon the grounds of irreconcilable differences and finding that this Court has full and complete jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter, further finds as follows: 1. This Agreement makes adequate and sufficient provision for the settlement of their property rights, child custody, visitation rights, and all other rights and obligations arising by virtue of their marriage and the Court does find that all property matters have been settled between the parties. 6. That the parties, they will keep each other informed of their respective addresses, including state, city, street, house number and telephone number (if available); that the parties shall within five days of either changing their address, so long as their child(ren) is/are a minor, notify the Clerk of this Court of his/her new address in writing, including therein the file number of this action, and he/she shall furnish the other party a copy of such notice.
