SCOPE AND DUTIES. Law Firm shall provide those legal services reasonably required to represent Client, and shall take reasonable steps to keep Client informed of progress and to respond to Client' s inquires. STATEMENTS. Law Firm shall send Client periodic statements for fee s and costs incurred. Client shall pay Law Firm's statements within _____ days after e ach statement's date.
