Lead poisoning in young children may produce permanent neurological damage, including learning disabilities, reduced intelligence quotient, behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a particular risk to pregnant women. The seller provided to the purchaser in the purchase agreement: all information on lead based paint which the seller has reasonably presumed would not be known by the purchaser prior to purchase. The seller has no information (documentation) that indicates that the purchaser would have actual knowledge of any lead based paint hazards in the residence. No report (documentation) would be made to HUD on the occurrence of a lead hazard. No records (copy of inspection report) would be made to HUD that identify lead based paint hazards under (i) of the above rule. The purchaser understands and accepts (1) buyer's information on lead based paint and/or lead- based paint hazards (b) buyer's agreement that the information is confidential and, in the ordinary course of business, does not.
