Parking Rules for Lease of Apartment Date: _______________ 1. All vehicles must have current license plates and ____________________ (name of city) vehicle stickers properly displayed. 2. No more than one vehicle per apartment is allowed. Recreational vehicles, trucks larger than Class B, boats, trailers, and any other similar vehicles are not allowed on the property. 3. All vehicles must be parked between the yellow lines with the front facing the parking bumper. BACKING INTO PARKING SPACES IS NOT ALLOWED. Vehicles incorrectly parked or that straddle two spaces will be towed at the owner's expense. 4. Inoperative, extensively damaged, or vehicles in disrepair are not allowed on the property. This includes but is not limited to vehicles on jacks, with flat tires, no tires, broken windows, etc. 5. All vehicles parked in the fire lanes, blocking trash dumpsters or cans, on the grass or parked in "Rental Office" or "No Parking" will be considered illegally parked and will be towed at the owner's expense. 6. No minor or major repair work to vehicles, oil changes, or washing of vehicles with a hose is permitted. Violators will be subject to a $_________ fine. ANY VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE-STATED RULES WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. 7. No one shall be allowed to play baseball, football, or any other games or sports in the parking lot or on the front, side, or rear lawns. 8. Loitering in the parking areas; loud noises caused by groups of people, apartment stereos, and car stereos; honking of horns; or any other noise which might disturb residents is not permitted. 9. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside of any apartment. 10. Littering is prohibited. 11. Parents will be responsible for any damages caused by their dependents or their guests.
