It is understood by and between Lessor and Lessee that this lease is for the sole purpose of erecting, placing and maintaining a double-sided advertising sign structure on the premsies hereby leased and that Lessee may post, paint, and/or maintain advertisements on such structure. It is understood that Lessee shall maintain the premises leased. Further, Lessee shall have a right of passage over the property of Lessor so that Lessee may obtain access, ingress and egress to its advertising structure and for maintenance. It is understood by and between Lessor and Lessee that Lessee shall be responsible for any damages to crops which have been planted on adjoining property of Lessor. It is understood by and between Lessor and Lessee that liability insurance is provided by Lessee and that Lessee holds Lessor free from liability for damages incurred by third parties, and that Lessee is responsible for maintenance, removing structure, and returning property back to original conditions. Lessor does hereby acknowledge that the advertising structure shall remain the property of Lessee at the end of this lease.
