That Claimants performed valuable services for the deceased pursuant to the Agreement attached hereto and are entitled to compensation hereunder. 3. That the claim is just, correct and owing from the deceased; that it is not usurious; that neither the Affiant nor any other person has received payment in whole or in part thereof except such as is credited thereon, if any; and that security has not been received therefore except as stated, if any. 4. Said Agreement provides that the legal title to the residence of the deceased shall be conveyed to the Claimants by his/her executor or administer of the estate. Claimants claim is therefore unliquidated and request that said claim be allowed as such. 5.
