Although claimant was able to perform the duties of her employment at the time of her industrial injury despite any pre- existing condition, she would be able to return to her employment IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that employer and carrier: 1. Pay claimant permanent disability benefits at the rate of $212.58 a week for the period of June 10, 1990 through June 1, 1991, minus any amount already paid and any period which claimant worked;2. Pay permanent disability benefits as apportioned by seventy-five percent (75%) at the rate of $53.14 a week for a period beginning June 1, 1991 and continuing for the statutory maximum of 450 weeks; 3. Pay all medical expenses claimant has incurred as a result of her industrial accident and all future expenses. In doing so, employer and carrier should pay for all treatment of claimant's myeloma which was necessary in order to properly treat her back and rib problems, but are not required to pay for any other treatment of her myeloma; 4.
