If a reporter asks a question or asks to interview the employee, he/she will politely decline and explain that the Executive Vice President of Operations or the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer must first be contacted for approval. The employee should ask the reporter for his or her name, the name of the publication or television or radio station, a telephone number, and the topic which they wish to discuss. 3. The employee will then contact either the Executive Vice President of Operations or the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer with the above information. 4. When an approval is given to allow photographs in a location, the Manager should complete a Photo Release Form and send it to the Legal Department.
