municipal election.
You must not currently be imprisoned after being convicted of a crime.
You must have lived in your precinct for at least 30 days before the next
election.
You must complete an application to register to vote and either mail or
hand-deliver it to your county registration office, having it postmarked at
least 29 days prior to a primary or general election to vote in that election.
You may apply to vote at your county registration office, circuit clerk office,
any license branch, public assistance office or other sites or by mail on a
pre-addressed card you can obtain at public libraries, license branches,
local school corporations with public secondary schools or local
government offices.
If you are voting for the first time by mail, you must include a photocopy of
a current valid photo ID, current utility bill, bank statement, government
check, paycheck or other document that includes your name and address.
IDENTIFICATION CARD REQUIREMENTS -
You may obtain an identification card from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles
if you are an Indiana resident who does not drive. The identification card looks
similar to a standard driver’s license except that it is clearly marked as a non-
driver identification card at the top of the document. You may be any age to
obtain a non-driver identification card, but will receive a reduced fee if you are a
senior or a disabled applicant.

VEHICLE TITLE AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS -
You must have your vehicle registered and titled in Indiana within 60 days of
establishing Indiana residency.
In order to register and title your vehicle in Indiana, you must meet the following
requirements:

a registration:
o Certificate of Origin or Out-of-State Title
o Odometer Statement
o Proof of Insurance
