I. Grant of Permission Licensor does hereby grant to Licensee the nonexclusive right, privilege, and permission the right to enter on the tract of real property described in Section II (hereinafter called Premises ), and to hunt and fish on said Premises. Licensor agrees that Licensor will make such entry without unreasonable interference with the rights of Licensee. V. Licensee to Obey Laws A. Licensee agrees that Licensee and all guests of Licensee will fish on the Premises in accordance with the laws of ________________________________ (state). B. If Licensee or any guest of Licensee is held to have violated any such laws while on the Premises subject to this License, this License shall immediately terminate. VI. Mandatory Arbitration Any dispute under this Agreement shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the parties hereto.
