- 1 - POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENT READ BEFORE SIGNING: IMPORTANT NOTICE: EACH PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT AGREES THAT THEY HAVE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF THEIR CHOICE LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE (NOT THE SAME ATTORNEY) AND THAT THEY HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Each of the parties hereby shall be deemed to be jointly and severally as owner of the separate property owned at the time of execution of this agreement in the name of each of them. Each of the parties hereby is not entitled to any interest or other right of a third party in the separate property, but each of the parties hereby has the right and desire to enforce and protect each other's rights to such separate property, including any rights or interests arising under any covenants contained in this agreement, to the full extent provided in this agreement.
