mares bred to the stallion, in conformity with accepted horse breeding practices in

essence, or should the stallion become injured or disabled through accident or disease after its
delivery to the purchaser named in this bill of sale without fault of the undersigned, this warranty
shall be null and void and of no effect, and all obligations incurred by the undersigned in this bill
of sale shall be considered fulfilled and terminated.
This bill of sale contains all the agreements of warranty or guaranty made by the undersigned
in the sale of the above-named stallion. The undersigned provides that he shall not be liable for
any claim that may, after the date of this bill of sale , be made alleging any verbal agreement of
the undersigned, his agent or assigns in the sale of the above-named stallion.
