It is understood at the time of sale that this puppy may be of show or breeding quality. The breeder and other people, at the request of the breeder, have done an evaluation and at this time this puppy is considered to be of show and or breeding quality. However, this cannot be a guarantee of such quality as the animal could develop a disqualifying fault later on in its growth and development that cannot be seen by the breeder and or other persons at this time. The breeder does guarantee that this puppy is and will be representative of its breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion and or performance dog. The Breeder has provided Buyer/Co-owner with certification of puppy’s heath and temperament and it is recommended that the buyer have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian within 10 days of getting the puppy (NOTE: any puppy going to a new home may be a bit unsure of himself until he becomes completely familiar with his surroundings.) resale value will be given for any puppy found unsatisfactory. Because this animal may be of show/breeding quality it is being sold with full registration. The buyer/ Co-owner agrees not to breed and to spay/neuter this puppy if this puppy develops a disqualifying fault. The buyer is also aware that the breeder is not asking any higher of a price that what is asked for a pet puppy.

No other guarantee is given except in the case of a hereditary defect, which develops to the extent it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. (NOTE: records from two reputable veterinarians of the defect must be given to me as proof of a defect.) In this instance a replacement will be given when one becomes available or the buyer may request resale value of the purchase price but this is limited to only one occurrence.

(Select) The Buyer/Co-owner is aware that the Seller/Breeder will buy this puppy back for resale value at any time for any reason! If the buyer becomes unable to keep the dog in the future the buyer is REQUIRED to return the puppy to the breeder. Additionally the Seller/Breeder/Co-owner retains the right of first refusal to repurchase the puppy.

(Select) Buyer/Co-owner agrees If this puppy changes ownership without written consent from the breeder/Co-owner or the buyer sells this puppy or offspring of this puppy to anyone in Asia or to anyone that has shipped puppies to Asia the buyer will pay a $5,000.00 penalty per animal to the breeder/Co-owner. Plus attorney fees and costs associated with any legal action necessary to collect the penalty.

(Select) Buyer/Co-owner agrees if at any time the buyer/Co-owneris found to be abusive or fails to provide basic care (including but not limited to providing fresh food and water daily, clean safe living conditions, proper veterinary care) The Breeder may repossess the puppy. All rights to puppy will be signed over to Breeder/Co-owner.

(Select) Buyer/Co-owner agrees that puppy will not be in the possession of individuals that have broken contracts with Infinity Borders Kennels. If puppy is found to be in possession of such individual, The Breeder may repossess the puppy. All rights to puppy will be signed over to Breeder/Co-owner.

Any legal dispute concerning this contract will be settled in and according to the law of the State of Florida USA. The jurisdiction lies in the state of Flordia USA.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Co-Ownership Addendum

(Select) Puppy must be shown a minimum of 8 shows a year until it receives its championship. Buyer\co-owneris responsible for all show fees.

(Select) Puppy shall be OFA x-rayed at 2 years of age or Penn Hip certified as early as 6 months old and receives their CERF yearly at the Buyer\ co-owners expense.

(Select) Not Applicable.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Male Puppy Addendum

(Select) Breeding fees will be split equally among co-owners, unless pre-arranged for pick of the litter. Seller and Buyer must mutually agree on what bitches the puppy is bred to.

(Select) The co-owners may breed this dog to bitches they own at no charge to the other party.

(Select) Not Applicable.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Female Puppy Addendum

Option one for co-ownership of female Puppy, From the first litter consisting of three or more puppies, this litter will be split equally with Breeder getting first choice. Co-owners must mutually agree on what dog this puppy is bred to. The Buyer can then decide to maintain co-ownership with the seller or not.

(Select) This puppy is sold under option one

Option two for co-ownership of female puppy, Buyer will give 1, (1^st or 2^nd pick puppy) to seller from this puppy when she is bred. Co-owners must mutually agree on what dogs this puppy is bred to.

(Select) This puppy is sold under Opposition Two

In the event the bitch is bred to an outside male, breeding expense will be split equally. All other expenses acquired during the pregnancy/whelping are at the Buyers\ co-owners expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.

(Select) No breeding fees will be charged if the bitch is bred to any dog owned by the co- owners.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Provisions in the sale of this puppy are if not satisfied with the puppy, the puppy will be returned at owner’s expense to Breeder.

(Select) Breeder is retaining co-ownership so puppy will not be sold to 3^rd Party.

I/WE HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT AND I/WE HEREBY AFFIX MY/OUR SIGNATURE(S) TO ACKNOWLEDGE AGREEMENT WILL ALL STIPULATIONS AS SPECIFIED ABOVE.
