The public utility holding company is subject to the provisions of chapter 13 and the provisions of article xv of the education code or title 4 of the revenue and taxation code; b. The public utility holding company is subject to the provisions of the public utilities act and is governed by the public utilities commission; c. There is a direct, inter-affiliate, business relationship or fiduciary relationships existing between the public utility holding company and any other company that owns a majority of the shares of the public utility holding company, and these companies are in a business relationship or fiduciary relationship; d. The public utility holding company is subject to the provisions of article 9a, chapter 8, title 12; e. The public utility holding company is subject to the provisions of the public utilities act and is governed by the public utilities commission; f. The net assets of the public utility holding company fall below 50 million for the one-year period immediately preceding the filing of the statement, and, after the effective date of this act, a public utility holding company shall not be required to file a statement under this subsection if the public utility holding company files a statement under subsection (a) or subsections (b) and (d) of this section; g. The public utility holding company is subject to the provisions of article 11 or chapter 10 of title 32 with: 1. The public utility holding company owning more than 5% of all the issued shares of the public utility holding company;
