- 01. Log in to your Adobe Acrobat account, go to the Documents tab, and select the Templates folder.
- 02. Choose the template you want to download and click Use Template in the sidebar on the right.
- 03. Enter your email address and click Next.

- 05. Open the envelope you’ve just sent to your email and click Review and sign.
- 06. In the newly opened tab (where your document is displayed), click Options > Download PDF.
- 07. Your browser settings will determine if the file can open in your browser’s tab. Otherwise, it will download automatically. If your document opens in a browser tab, use the browser controls to download your template as a PDF.

- 01. Log in to the Adobe Admin Panel and head over to the Users tab.
- 02. Click the box with an arrow icon in the upper-right corner.
- 03. A CSV file containing a list of your users will automatically download to your system.
To upload a list of Adobe Sign users to your signNow organization, you’ll need to convert the CSV file downloaded from Adobe Sign to XLS or XLSX format.
Note: Your XLS or XLSX file must contain an Email column. The First Name and Last Name columns are optional. All other columns will be ignored.
