right this is to show you how to change your email signature so that you can support the raha reading challenge for this year this is for all teachers and staff members that work with the children in early years and PYP first open your email your Outlook Express office 365 you can open the email from me that has to do with changing your email signature the part that you're going to be putting adding to your email signature I've put in here I'm actually going to copy my own down here because this is an example so copy that couldn't hit control-c or right-click mmm hit copy go up to settings on the top don't on the right scroll down until you see me I'll click on mail and then on the left hand side of the page scroll down again until you come to email signature click on that and it will show what your email signature looks like underneath of red all the red type or text click below it and then paste paste from the copy that you just made mine already has the book that I'm reading you need to insert obviously the book that you're reading and its author when you finish click Save and you're done then go to options and you'll go back to your own mail from now on your email signature will include the book that you're currently reading I want to get rid of the window on the right side just click on settings and you're finished if you have any questions let me know thank you for helping and supporting the Reading Challenge
