How to eSign a document: change signature office 365 outlook

welcome back everyone let's go ahead and show you exactly how to change your email signature in outlook now this is a very easy process and let's just go down to it so the first thing you want to do is you know if you have your email message is that if you have the outlook app you want to go ahead and click on the file option and then you want to go ahead and click on options you want to click on mail and then you want to click on signature now i'm pretty sure this is specifically if you're on windows so keep that in mind now when you have that little option box open you want to click on edit that's right next to your signature and then what you want to do is within that little edit signature box that pops up you want to go ahead and change the text that you want to go ahead and change so you can go ahead and click on your specific you know existing signature that is already existing you want to delete it or you can click a new one and then you just want to choose whichever signature you want to do so if you want to click a new one you click on new and then you can go ahead and change up exactly whatever you want to do and then whenever you're ready you want to go and click on save and okay and then you will see that your specific signature box will now be changed so that's exactly the process if you guys have any other questions or into any other issues let me know in the comment section below hit the like button not me so much but definitely hit the subscribe button more importantly everything else hello every single one of you guys hopefully i'll catch you guys in the next video peace out till then you
