hi Jane here from little bhismaka and from time to time we need to create forms in our business perhaps our clients need to fill them out things like that and obviously I try and do these online whenever I can I basically just link them online to my website I use Google Forms and it's super easy but sometimes you might actually need to make a document maybe it's a workbook something like that that you need to send to your clients all your customers and they need to fill them out and send it back to you and I wanted to show you how you can actually make a PDF that's fillable and I feel a boy I mean you know they can actually type their responses into the PDF on their own computer save it then email it back to you so to do that all you really need to do is in Word is create the form that you want and make it look exactly how you want it to look so I've just got on the screen right now it's just a bit of a dummy client profile form that I was creating for my coaching clients just for those that maybe add missed this step when they sign up for our coaching session with me something happened they couldn't fill out the form online I've actually got a backup PDF that I can send to them and so make sure you fill out the fields that you want ask any questions that you want and leave the space for the answers so then just save that in Word and then what you do is then save it as a PDF as well so go save as let me just scroll this up so you can see it and then what he says here save type just change that to PDF and probably keep the same file name keep it where your other one is saved and I just need to drag this over a bit and click on save my apologies for the plane in the background this has come out like massive it will actually automatically open it up for you and you can see here's your PDF but there are no clickable fields in here it's just a PDF of that document that you've just done so what you need to do is close that down and then if you go to the website WWD escape calm and this should be what you would see it what you need to do is upload upload your PDF to PDF escape so we've already created our PDF and we just want to put those fields in it that are going to make them editable so we're going to upload you go to choose file then you navigate to where you saved that previous form so here's the PDF there's the word version so put the PDF version click on open and here we see...
