welcome to this Windows channel and this is a little tips and tricks video for anyone that uses the mail app in Windows 10 creators update and basically it's just adding a signature and I believe that feature is already there also in anniversary update so you can probably do it on anniversary on day when you send mail to somebody by default the mail app actually sends a signature that says sent by Windows 10 mail and that's the default that Microsoft decided to put in signature but you can actually add your own signature if you're a business person for example like I often send you know emails with my tech email and I want to have my business information including phone number in the signature all the time so it's very easy you simply go to your settings on the bottom left of the mail app and go into signature here you will see it says send from mail for Windows 10 it can change that and say hey I want it to be sent by me my company name and if you want you know a phone number and so I press enter at each entry point you can select an account - for the signature Gmail Outlook whatever you are using but you can also and that's a nice feature and to apply to all accounts that means every account that you use will have the signature if you want to and of course depending on what you want to but as you know signatures all here I'll say here you go my name tech slash youtuber and that's pretty much it I will apply to all the camps and here we are this is okay and it's automatically saved as soon as you do this so now if I send a new mail with my computer so I decide to do a new mail and I send it to my regular Gmail you see that my signatures here it's already there in the message so now you have your own little signature for whatever account you want to send your signature now this is a simple signature some people want to have signatures they have you know pictures and all sorts of little things so of course I'll have a different video for that but I mailed as I believe not support any pictures signature it you have to do it directly from your main gmail account or absolute account if you enjoy my videos please subscribe give a thumbs up and hope that you enjoy a little tips and tricks video
