they're supposed to but they don't really thanks for enrolling in customer service by Amazon csba Amazon will start to provide customer service for your self-fulfilled orders within an hour so when you get customers that are saying where's my item you sent the wrong thing I'm going to file an A to Z claim this service is supposed supposedly gonna help out with those things so I've signed up I'm not sure if it's going to be bad like most the other Amazon programs I test or if it's going to be good but here are the Deets the details I'm going to increase my cost by 10 cents every fbm shipment I send so the question is is whether I'm gonna make out if they can fight A to Z claims on my behalf bogus bull should a to z claims where people are just trying to get free product by saying it's defective now obviously some customers do get defective items but let's be real people take advantage of Amazon FBA and the liberal return policy leads to challenges like this so here are the customer service by Amazon benefits helps improve customer experience by providing a 24-hour high quality customer service throughout the year so my belief nobody's going to know this but my belief is this is going to help me with the buy box uh because Amazon's going to trust their service over mine and it's also going to make my metrics go up so I do think this could be beneficial and by the way 30-day free trial so if I don't like it by the end of that 30 days I can opt out feature number two support customers in the marketplace supported language via phone instant message and email that's that's a little bit of a perk right I don't have to deal with that they do it faster high quality customer service can help you reduce A to Z guarantee claims ordered effect rates odr and negative reviews this one right here is the reason why I think this program is going to be worthwhile because if let's say I ship out a hundred uh fbm listings cost me 10 cents a listing then an A to Z claim would cost me more than a hundred orders on this program and of those 100 orders I bet you five minimum are going to file an A to Z claim so if they could knock one or two of those off I think the program will pay for itself I'm all for automating my FBA business but we all know Amazon is not passive income so let's not be confused that automation is going to make this passive income it's not and it's also fbm only not FBA so there is still you know some things you got to check out can help you remove your customer service burdens by managing customer service in response to changing demands for example during the holiday period thank you Amazon for employing people in other countries who will deal with my problems during holiday helps you save time and can reduce customer service costs uh yet to be seen I have no idea now there is a fee tier right here so it's charged on each seller fulfilled shipped unit ing to your customer service performance which is measured by contacts per unit CPU CPU is a number of orders related to customer service inquiries that Amazon handles on your behalf for self-fulfilled shipped unit so if you have a high amount of customer service messages like 15 of your customers message you they're going to charge you 50 cents for every unit regardless of customer service so it seems like a fair fee tier and I think most of us are going to be under that five percent uh once it gets above five percent gets that quarter per unit I'm gonna I'm gonna be way more uncomfortable but again if if they can reduce those A to Z claims it's possible so now the question is is where is my CP unit calculated I don't even know I got to go like fish for this because I have no idea what my CPU is so let me go look for it is my CPU in the customer experience metrics no it's not there only price competitiveness Prime in stock why wouldn't they put it here I don't know is it in the voice of the customer no it's not there either is it in the A to Z claim section no again but here check this out if you didn't know you can respond to A to Z claims and here's an item that they claim never arrived and here we have proof here's how I'd write an A to Z claim response hopefully Amazon will take care of these moving forward based on the tracking information USPS officially accepted the package on July 28th delivered at the mailbox at 10 25 on July 31st and you can view the tracking details that here's a link so that's a great way to try and fight and win a to z claims so we responded to the say to Z claim on August 4th it's August 9th now like why isn't that being settled by now I mean it's kind of silly honestly but nope no no CPU metrics here maybe there's a help file that will kindly tell me how to calculate my CPU rate let's search how do I find my CPU rate nothing there how do I find my super rate nothing there they don't even have a help file on this yet yes we'll file a support case how do I find my CPU rate cost uh contact per unit rate and we'll see what they say so I'll file this off and I'll post an update in the comments depending on how quickly they get back to me that's the video let me know what you think I've tested out a bunch of Amazon
