Hello everybody welcome back this video I was kind of requested by um a friend of mine that runs a company and he had to do uh a bunch of tech stuff where he had to get basically all the invoices that he ordered for a whole year to be able to you know do for taxes and whatnot stuff like that and it kind of sucks if you're on a personal account and you have like thousands of purchases over a year so this is for Amazon how do you get all of those invoices or all the information you need all at once pricing and all that stuff well you could go and try to download them one by one through the orders page but we have found that that will take hours to do if you have thousands of purchases and you're in a business so what we're going to do I'm going to show you right here how to do this which is basically you got to request all your information all at once from Amazon it might take a couple days for them to get back to you um but it's an automated system that they just have to compile it and send it back to so how do we do that well for one let's go to our account page and scroll to the very bottom you'll find right here request your information so you can go and click on that and you can select by category of course the first top one is your orders so that's the one that you're you're gonna go for the orders page and then just submit requests um I already did this and I don't want to keep sending a ton of requests in but you just click submit request it'll send you an email and then when you get that email you can then confirm the email and then wait a day for it to send to you and they'll send a whole bunch of documents um more like a whole bunch of files and within those files are CVS files things that you can open up in Excel or Google spreadsheets and you can see all the information you need and you can compile it that way so that is basically how you can get everything on a personal account and I think this also might work on a business account but if you're you know buying stuff for your business on a personal Amazon account it's kind of hard to do this and on the business account you can do other ways and I try to do this program programmatically but the problem with that is that there is the Amazon puts a lot of blockers there for like any kind of program to go in there and try to download the invoices based on HTML I try to do it with beautiful soup and technically it's against in terms of service so probably not do that too much but hey I try to do it didn't work but I found that this works so yeah if you have at least two days to spare before you do your taxes I know right now the taxis and it's basically over so if you're doing your taxes now you're probably late but hey this is a nice tip and trick for all those people that just need that kind of help in getting invoices from Amazon So yeah thank you guys uh uh yeah like And subscribe all that kind of stuff and I'll see you all later bye-bye
