this might be different from what you've used to already what i mean is that the interface you'll be seeing might look different from what you're already used to but um the template is the same thing as the one you're using so you can equally use this to train your other staff that are using this template in the various branches so i will show you how to use this bakery template for real time what it does it helps you to know the quantity of finished products that are available for sale so you cannot sell out without having that product in your stock so what happens is that after production you will receive the production control or production logbook you will keep in the quantity of product bread doughnut snacks chinchin that have been produced for that day for that shift you will keep them in to the system as production plus products in when you keep them in it will increase the number of stock finished product that you have in your system it is only then that you can now issue this product to either the drivers distributors agent or whoever comes into the bakery to buy this product is after you finish key in the the product that was produced from the production you need before you can now begin to sell so let's go into the excel and see how this works when you um open the excel file you will see a pop-up message box for you to log in your details so that is protected with password so mine is you and it's case sensitive don't give space after typing your name if you give space like this then it will see that an extra character is called trading space in excel so i'll lows from this you need price ignore okay we are entering production so just ignore the sales receipt and the unit price this interface is used to record both sales and production once you've done that we are good to go then you just enter your records before we enter let's check let's check the finish stock balance for ew ew biggie burger fresh for biggie we have 1400 quantity of finished product left burger 1 290 800. let's go ahead and post this and we see this will increase our level of stock for those products so post to ask you are you sure of this entry once you post you cannot james ford then type of transaction is sales then movement type is product out then pick the week in the year it's august week one then we are done then come down now you've issued a receipt to the distributor you go ahead and type in the receipt number here now let's try something let's try and sell two thousand of these products you can see there's a red cell here show you installation stock we have one you cannot you cannot post these without clearing this we say post you have some stuff that are not available if you post this they will run into negative check if you have capital or product in before you come back to post product out so you must capture all your production quantity before you sell okay you can't even proceed from here you can't even do anything so you must ensure you are selling what you have so we have 1600 and you will see your last stock to the comment section is your last stock if i put 1200 stock available after this seriously have stock available so it helps you to know the quantity of package products available for sale just go ahead and type in what we want to sell out to our distributor 1000 now there is a last column here unit price check product table check product table so what it does is to give you an idea of how much the the bread is because some bakeries like to they sell at different prices to different um customers and groups so you have customer level one level two level three level four uh which means that the more you buy the lesser you pay for that product so what we've just done here is to give you the option to type in the price yourself but you want us to customize this um sales for you so that when you select a customer the system knows that this customer is level one level two level three customer and here on this table and add more transaction type that you may have in your own bakery so back to user interface once you're back here you can see that we now have humidity price populating here so it gives any new sales person idea of how much this product has been sold you can always go back to your setup tables and change these prices when your product price changes so back to the interface we now have all we need so you can just put the prices like i said enable the sales person to know how much these products are being sold for once you are done with this check everything is okay these two columns are empty because we're not entering production details right now so just check everything you are fine then you post now go back to your stock um summary you can see that the first product bigi has reduced burger has reduced butter has reduced convert has reduced free as reduced so the template helps you to track your current level of inventory before you sell to any customer for those at the sales department this is very handy for them to end this tutorial let's look at some other um sheets that i can access in this workbook able to view all data you want to check everything you've posted you know so far just come here and generate it will give you everything in your database now be careful before you click generate if your database is um with so many transactions large you might need to have criterias to set to filter so all these white cells are different criterias you can use to filter your data to specific data you want to see and not the entire data is the entire database you can see here so you scroll to your right you see more columns more fields everything you can actually check the posting date and time of posting okay if it's portion date of first of august and he says and he says it is first of all when did they post it when what and if they post it they post it on the 10th of august you will know from this particular you to the system and enter the stock don't come back the next day because the next day to show you second of august which is tomorrow so i asked in let's assume we'll count that 400. since there's no difference we counted let's say 500. you can see a difference of minus 60. you can just counted the let's save 480 minus 80 we counted 470 so you can just type in all your stock count then you print go to file and you print and submit or you save as pdf and submit to your line manager or your management that's how you can just do your weekly or monthly store count now before we and that's good to reconcile stock you're not so sure you know the quantity of each product you've made so far you know to know if it's balancing let's take one of the products for example go to stock summary we have this ewb come back to concise talk so let's select from here e w big e all right this one once you select the product here you to populate on this side so we have products in a product out it checks you know all the generates you can see we have 400 left if you check your stock somewhere ebg is 400 left so your stock is properly reconciled so we have the stock in you see all the extractions you know for that particular product on this side and on your right hand side you'll see all all the portions for product out on your right hand side come to your right hand of this sheet you see two private tables one is for product aim and the dot for product out if you refresh right click on the table and refresh it will refresh the table for you so the first of august posted by me uma the product and the quantity come this way right click and refresh see first of august all the product that was issued by me and the quantity so this is how you check you can actually filter with these slices click on here of the product you will see quantity issued out and quantity received from production you can clear this filter so that's it um that's all about these templates simply to manage your stock movements stock or finish products you know you finish making the bread or the snack so you do not changing you move to packaging packaging move to sales department this template enables you to manage movement of finished product in your bakery and every point in time you will see the stock summary it does not manage your sales per se but you can still view sales here by clicking your
