what is CRM how can a CRM feature help you in growing your business what CRM features do we have in store for you watch this video till the end to know everything in detail hello everyone welcome to my bill book Channel my name is gitansh in this video we will be talking about our newly built CRM features so let's start with what is CRA CRM stands for customer relationship management and any feature that helps you in managing relationship with your customers is a CRM feature you must be thinking why is CRM important and why is maintaining relationship with your customers important well CRM majorly helps you with two to three things it helps you offer better customer service it establishes a bond of trust between the customer and The Business it helps to build sustainable relationships and retain customers before I start to give you a live demo please subscribe to our channel to receive notifications of more such videos in future here we are on the dashboard of my buildbook application under CRM the first feature that we have is service reminders we can go to items from the navigation bar and we need to click on item settings from the top right corner of the screen we will see reminder for service option here it says reminder will be sent to you and your party three days before servicing date we need to toggle this on when we are creating a service let's say a bike Servicing we can see under the other header service period fee we can mention here in how many days the service will be due again let's say 60 days and we can click on Save [Music] now once an invoice is generated for this particular service a reminder will be sent to that party every time the service is due the next feature we have under CRM is birthday reminders we can click on parties from the navigation bar and then click on party settings from the top right corner of the screen here we will have an option party birthday reminders we need to toggle this on now when we are creating a party under the other details header we can mention the contact person name and the date of birth in order to wish our parties on their birthday an automated SMS will be sent to these parties as a birthday wish the next feature we have under CRM is nodes now we can add nodes for our parties if we wish to we can add the title and Save and the node will be saved please note that at a particular point of time you can only add one node the next feature we have under CRM is appointment so if we have to schedule an appointment for a particular party we can go to that party and under the other details header we can click on appointment and add the appointment details like appointment title the date of appointment the time of appointment and then the description we can click on Save and a reminder will be sent to the user on the morning of the appointment thank you for watching the video till the end to know more about our new features click on the link in the comment section before you leave subscribe to our Channel and don't forget to press the Bell icon
