hello friends welcome back to the channel techno49 i hope everyone is safe in my last video i talked about billing model with the help of production hour and paypal so i have already uploaded part two of building models so if you haven't gone through all these parts so please try to watch that because this is the kind of information that that's kind of very beneficial and crucial for you to be in wfm to understand that if you are working in capacity planning and other that kind of sort of role in wfm so all these things you need to have to be kept in your mind how you can build the client depending on the contract in between the call center and the client so in today's video we'll talk about the part three of client per minute so this is kind of very important to understand that like for how much time the agents are actually talking to the customers it would only include your talk time not the whole time callback type purely the talk time would be included in that while billing client for that for the payment or for the revenue so in this billing arrangement the client is billed for every minute the agents are connected to the customers suppose the agents get a call from customers and the time the agent starts to talk to customers and keeps on talking to customers without hold and after call work so that is going to be built to the client whole time callback time will not be into this billing model so that's kind of crucial for the call center to coach the agents to keep talking to the customer for the maximum time during the call which is relevant to the queries of the customers so now let's talk about how we can get to know about the client billing permit with the help of example the xyz program builds its client on a permanent basis yesterday adam was locked onto phone for 7.5 hours he talked to customers for five and a half hours and spent two hours waiting for customers in this scenario the xyz program can only build the client for the time that zach was talking to customers 5.5 hours or 330 minutes the other two hours is lost revenue for the program i have put in here is a kind of self explanatory that you can see that the agents need to talk to the customers on the relevant information that the customer is enquiring for any other time apart from that will not be a part of building order of this so this is the kind of example that i just wanted to share to make things clear avoid any kind of confusion in terms of billing model by paper minute in case if you have any questions regarding these examples you can just mention in the comment section because in this example you can see that the agent was talking the agent was on phone for seven and a half hours but he was actually had a talk time of five and a half hours last two hours are completely lost for the call center so these two hours of payment has to be done by the call center not by the client so this is something needs to be kept in mind to ensure that the top type should be as much as higher so that when you can be higher ing to that now we can see that how we can improve that to increase the talk time of the agents in the call center to maximize the profitability of the call center so the first step would be for maximum efficiency the program needs to pay carefully attention to the occupancy the occupancy is something that for how much time the agent was actually um productive on the phone assisting the customers maintaining the high occupancy will lead to the high revenue it means that the agents are getting calls with less amount of available time in between the calls that will ensure the call center should be in a position to handle maximum calls so the maximum cost means that maximum minutes so maximum minutes means then maximum revenue for the call center this is the kind of strategy call center needs to be having so this is something kind of important for the scheduling and the forecasting focus so the forecast needs to be good to ensure that the right number of calls can be forecasted and on the basis of that forecast the right number of staffing can be aligned to overcome any kind of short staffing or any kind of like shrinkage on the real-time basis high occupancy means that high number of calls second coaching for low unknown ox type if you have the high ox time in your company so it means that more and more agents are on the break lunch meeting training offline activities so that will leave the staffing and at that point of time the agents would not be available to handle calls and if the agents are not available to handle calls so there would be no minutes to be available to the call center to build the client so these things need to be kept very minimal only the scheduled break lunch offline meeting activities need to be aligned because in this billing model every minute talking to the customer would be billed to the client only apart from that the company has to pay for that from their budget so all the boxes schedule these should be kept very minimal to the very large extent full time variance so what kind of phone time variance they have the codes should be punched correctly if they have put like break and lunch on the phone on the soft phone but they are talking to the customers so again it will have impact on them then the scheduled adherence schedule attendance means that at what time the agent has been aligned for the break of the lunch they need to adhere to that to ensure that the staffing should be there and the agent should also be having break on the lunches ing to their shift correct use of codes so i have already made videos on the occupancy um schedule adherence so if you haven't seen this video and if you want to get some more information about these things are very important so these are the steps we can take to ensure that we have the maximum efficiency within the stipulated time to ensure that the call center should be having a high
