hey there chad with project's customer success team here in this video we're going to talk about making templates and applying templates to your estimates let's go ahead and navigate over to the lead pipeline in the two send status here we have an estimate that we really like once you've created estimates in your system that you really like you can simply make a template from it and apply that template to any other estimates moving forward so let's go ahead and open up the estimate by clicking on the nine squares in the top right and hitting c and edit estimate we have this estimate for creed it's about a tile installation if we pop it open here in this estimate section we can see that we have a labor item for a master bathroom shower and all the materials that we would need for this job every tile installation that we do here has this same basic structure and this is a great option for making a template simply click the more button in the very top right hand corner and click make template from this estimate in this case we'll just go ahead and name it the creed tile installation all right now our templates made if we close out of this estimate uh in this case we have one to in the to write status that's also a tile installation if we open up this estimate here we could go ahead and click on create estimate and then we'll click more and apply a template to this estimate now we can click on the creed tile installation and we've applied an estimate template right to this brand new estimate and we're already off and ready to go we simply need to make any slight modifications and we're good to go now that we're done we can go and close out of that and that is making templates and applying templates to your estimates within project thanks for watching
