what's going on guys uh it's Jose from zavala's auto detail and in today's video I'm going to talk about what um booking app I use and what kind of software it is and how you can basically book people your clients your customers through that app and you don't have to pay your monthly fee or anything plus it has a website which you can customize yourself and send it to your customers but other than that let's go ahead and get this video started uh the app that I use is called appointments um I'll leave a a screenshot of it right here um but yeah it's called appointment Square appointments and it's basically free uh that app honestly I found it through uh this other detail well she's a detailer on Tick Tock um her name was uh I think the company name is called drips mobile drips and she's the one that put me onto that app have you tried other apps uh yes and I found that one which is the square appointments to be a little bit easier and it has a lot of features you can mess with Plus on top of it you can use your website and you don't have to pay monthly which on the other apps I would have to pay monthly what are some of the features you liked about this app so on those like I was saying it has a lot of features free features which uh I don't know if if it blows up and stuff and a lot of people start using it'll probably start charging but uh on that you can build your own website um it has automated messages so your customers get a reminder you can set a reminder to be sent a day before or like two hours or an hour before you head to their location um other thing is they you can send them the link and they can book on their by themselves instead of you booking them up on there what are some things that this app is missing or could be improved uh on that one I feel like the only thing I don't like will not like but uh it could uh improve a little is the timing and on the dates because if I send the customer a link um they can set up their own time but let's say it's five o'clock and we're already home we're not working anymore and they schedule it it'll send us a thing and then you know it kind of messes with our with our our schedule because we we're open from seven to four and if they schedule that at five or six um it kind of messes with our with our schedule and I got to tell them hey uh we're not open right now or maybe I just need to mess with it a little bit more but um so far that's the one thing I would like to for it to improve a little would you recommend this app to other detailers from beginners to professionals uh yeah even even all the way to professionals I feel like something like that it's free you're not uh paying month to month and on top of that you get a free website well you can customize your own free website on top of that there's automatic messages so I don't know what's better than that you don't have to remind them or you don't have to remind yourself to send a message to them or you don't even have to you know uh like the old school way that's how I started I started writing down names and times until I started doing um that app and honestly I highly recommend it it's like I said it's great free website automated messages and they can see the calendar and your availability throughout the whole week all right guys if you like this video make sure you like comment and subscribe and follow us on our journey also uh make sure you follow us on our social media it'll be linked down below also if you think you got a better booking booking app or a better software than this one make sure you drop it down on the comments let me know what you use or what features this does your booking app have and also make sure you like comment and subscribe and we'll see you on the next
