and we're back for another quote this one is from william h davidow something like that and this quote is the longer you wait the harder it is to produce outstanding customer service so that's quite frank and quite literal where if you're waiting to respond to an email a text a phone call a question that we ask you in person the longer you wait the harder it is to prove outstanding customer service so as soon as anything comes to fruition with a customer if they have a complaint if they have a question after just kind of concerned about something you want to handle it immediately so this one is if you have a phone call come in or first time from a prospect calling you interested in your services then you don't want to let it ring more than like two or three times you want to pick it up on an instant so they can like so they can you know with not without question know that you're being attentive and same thing goes with the emails or text messages if you can reply under 5 10 minutes max then that definitely shows it to them to the end to the in person to the prospect and the customer that you're really attentive towards the your request to your customers and that you're going to take care of them really well also when something doesn't go as well as a detail perhaps the customer contacts you hours after the detail or the next day saying hey look you miss this spot or I see XYZ or whatever maybe then you want to be able to you know it's you know if it's something that you could take so that you need a fix then you know by next day within the next couple hours you know if possible be there at the customers location or at least have a confirmed date and time of when you can go back out there again to fix whatever problem not just because a customer contacts you with something that you had may have missed that doesn't necessarily mean it's urgent but you want to move with urgency on everything you want to be very attentive to everything that you do with all your customers and more so on the communication part of things whether it be just calling you for your services they're asking a question you want to confirm with them before their appointment is to make sure they're still on you want to you know if they have complained of some sort you take care of it as soon as you can because you don't you want to remove as much time from when the customer contacts you to when you respond to them so as little gap that you can put in between the two then that's absolutely good so hope you enjoyed this little quick quote of advice leave your comment down below if you have any extra information you'd like to add for others that are viewing this video and reading the comments check the description box for more information on starting and growing your car detailing business and I'll see you on the next video
