what's up is Keith Kalfas with the window cleaning blueprint being in this video was like yelling started the video carbon copy work orders I want to share with you how to do this man now the best thing is to get QuickBooks mobile on your phone some of your customers the digital estimate digital invoice but a lot of customers like it written down by hand for some reason if you're giving them a quote it just depends on the customer but check it out Carbon Copy work orders in the beginning I was like frustrated trying to figure out what to do and how to do it and it didn't even occur to me you need a carbon copy work order that you fill it out and you give the customer their white half yes it's the white half it's the white half and then you take the yellow half and so I go to prison printing it's just a local print shop here by my house and they're really really cool I just dropped 73 bucks I got 50 more of these and 50 more the landscaping ones and I've got more at home I just get them because the reason I get small you might want to get a small doses of them is because you might want to make adjustments to your contract and that way you're going to sing so here it is everything on here the different packages there's all different types of ways you can do this but I wanted it to all fit on one page so I just circle exterior glass only glass inside and out plus screen cleaning or the works package which is glass inside and out with track sills and screens down here commercial residential fully insured free estimates preexisting scratch damaged glass release waiver is on the contract here they signed for the glass rate lasered media release form because we do that and I think that it should be standard on contracts now if you're not a youtuber or whatever because of facebook ads and in social media right getting permission from your customers so you can take pictures and stuff and then when they fill all this out and sign it with a work order number and all that you put it all in here then you could take this home and put it into your QuickBooks and stick it in your clipboard so yes so go to your local print shop you could probably get them made online or any print shop or Vistaprint with formatting and getting all this down I think we did it on Google Docs so you can go inside of Google Docs and create your own work order or invoice template and then send it to the printing company and then just modify it as you go make it better and better and better and tighten it up and then finally they'll get something that looks like this and there's more ways you can do it or you can look at what other window cleaners do it's pretty simple okay cool hope you enjoyed this video and now I got some work orders dog
