customizable will have a module that you can add your logo create a product list and build out basic pricing for items I'm not directly recommending any system over another but take a look at HubSpot CRM or Salesforce these systems are very powerful and customizable also simply search janitorial CRM and see what shows up I did and there are many before you sign up for anything always get a demo and insist that they give you a month or two free trial remember choosing a CRM is a big commitment so Choose Wisely you will hear a Common Thread in all of the videos that I'm creating be detailed and be consistent a kick-ass proposal was not possible without knowing what it takes to actually clean the facility how much your labor will cost your overhead and your profit you then must be able to demonstrate those estimations to a prospect or they'll just continue to go with the cheapest option you want to start with a full building inventory yes that means going room by room measuring each area including numbers of sinks and toilets and restrooms Etc you want to take pictures of dispensers hot spots that the prospect pointed out and any areas that are unique with the property itself to present to a final decision maker depending on the type of Prospect and what you discovered in the decision making process you can choose a couple of different delivery options and presentation Styles one provide a simple email with links to the proposal and the service schedule including clear next steps and a follow-up schedule two you can be more elaborate utilizing a system like vidyard to create a narrated virtual presentation that can be shared along with the proposal and the service schedule whatever you choose it needs to be clean simple and ready to forward to another person in
