in this video help I'm going to be covering the buyer invoice portal the buyer invoice portal is the individual records for the buyer's invoice and that's a line by line item also shown on that it'll have the buyer uh pay portal to show you that these uh transactions have been completed and the bill has been paid for and in this case you see one that the payment amount has not been received and there is a balance due purpose of this particular uh screen is that you can do a find and look for the individual information as far as the buyer you use the buyer's name you can use the item ID or the customer ID or the name of the item and or the anything that has a transaction greater than say 5 cents so you can see anything that's got a balance du on it uh this is for basically looking up records where you're looking for specific information on the item that you're concerned about if you have any questions about how to use this further you can go ahead and contact me and note the one item I'm showing here is that you never delete an invoice record okay that reason for that is is that information in the in the uh invoice is critical to the uh Integrity of the actual uh application in that you do not delete delete records that have to do with a transaction in an invoice so you're not going to be taking the invoice out of the record system when you do that you would remove the invoice and invoice number leaving a hole in the uh the list of invoices which indicates maybe something fraudulent is going on so you always want to keep all your invoices in your system if you're audited by the IRS or other entity you would have all the information showing uh a secure uh path of of uh information with no missing parts or as far as the inv voices are concerned if you have any questions please contact me on the support site about the usage of this screen thank you
