I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

slides I use Excel and use it document and everything so we're gonna learn how to do our invoice using Google sheets so I'm on my account right now as you could see so first I will do I'll click on new and we will scroll down to Google's sheets right and walk across and we're gonna select template because we're making this for the first time so we're gonna select the templates that they have okay make it simple and easy so I'll click on that now I'm going to scroll down and have different types of templates as you can see here have recently used personnel let me just put a bit more too much then they have for wood under the work section you see are my template called invoice I'm going to click on that okay so this is basically a simple template invoice template in Google sheets alright it's right now it's loading as you can see you're still loading so I'm going to let that load for a few seconds and then we will proceed to customize this invoice this template to make it good invoice okay as you can see here on the top menu here is basically standard as you would see Microsoft Excel in a file edit view standard our menu so we the guarantee you feel comfortable to use this is nothing very much different to if you use in Microsoft Excel okay so as you can see here now first of all what you would do I would suggest you save this before you proceed and to do to do that up here would see the default name for this document is called invoice so all I need to do is rename this let me just put just my tests I'll just okay we just give it a proper name all right and I'll just click on this blank area here and that automatically sees right so next thing we're gonna do we're going to name this notice you have your company let's go through the invoice itself the template we have the company name the address of course this is the invoice they have what submitted I don't need that you have invoice for you know this will be for your customer customer name company name address and things like that payable to we want them to make a check to this for if it's put your name here invoice number due date project name let me just just pull up with some more this see what else is here okay now we have the body red body of the the invoice description quantity you had price total price right standard simple like I said okay and of course you could click on the box and change whatever your scription is for whatever you're doing change your quantity do you know price is very simple to do just like put in um let me see um just change that to in this computer and maybe just that will be 100 maybe and the unit price of 115 per hour and so that's good on a little more now see what's happening now here you have a sub to hotel and you have adjustments a penny so of course you may want to delete the adjustments right now if you want to know this grand total here is this kind of magenta color and is quite large so if you want to change that you could come up here into this is a France color I would probably put it like a dub blue maybe this color here maybe I wouldn't have it so big a we choose his size maybe but maybe about 14 yeah okay you could put a blob of a color that you want right and what I like to do too for my invoices I like to come down to the bottom here and just put like oh of course but it again here and puts thank you for your service something like that write a little message to your customers and of course we're going to just press my shift and go across I want that to fit Center in that particular room so let's see what what we have here this here is to merge cells we're gonna move your cells I'm going to send them asses click on this box here I'm gonna send of that lovely and I mean it sort of smaller maybe about let's see 12 okay know what I like to do at this point now I want to view my document to see how it's looking if anything make any changes but I'm just stepping I'm going ahead of myself so let's go back to the top and really customize this invoice to our liking right I'm going to change your company name just click on the box and just backspace that and put your company name change or else I'll just leave that I just leave everything else is right this here I did what that is about I would just leave that okay and keep in mind that as you go along right notice up here all change change is saved in Drive so as you're going along your document is being seen so you really have to worry about it being saved okay so I'll leave everything as is you best basically customize it to your liking right just click on the box and change whatever you need to change alright so I think this is basic enough so for this invoice to get you going so what I like to do next I'll go ahead and show you are going to file what to print then I'm gonna print I want to see what my dog model look is looking like so this is paper size eight and a half by eleven inches it's set right now at landscape so I'm going to click on portrait and this is what it's looking like right now and it's fitting perfectly on a page I'm happy with that this is my arm company's name the address again I get you could always change that invoice or custom of course you change if a customer name and everything customize it to your client and you can make a necessary adjustment so what you're what you're charging them for I just remember to check your formula make sure it's working correctly let me just come up from here cancel that and that's basically it how to create your invoice using our Google Google sheets is very very easy like I said before I love using this arm I could use I can edit my documents on my smartphone on my computer at the book anyway and pull up my documents and use and edit my documents I don't really have to worry about having I could jump drive or things like that oh you know you know I know it's dad's book with Google and it's safe and I don't really have to worry about losing my files
