hey guys I'm Sheila and today I wanted to show you how to create invoices on PayPal and ship out your items from there now remember if it's a lot cheaper to ship out from PayPal through the USPS rather than going to the post office and shipping from them so if you ship from the post office you're gonna pay a little bit more and believe me every bit makes a difference so your PayPal homepage should look similar to this and on the left you should see create invoice if you don't see that your PayPal account was probably not upgraded to a business account and you should do that so if you don't see create invoice over here on your left you're probably got upgraded to the PayPal business account which is a free upgrade there's no monthly fee no nothing it's just letting them know that you're running a business so to do that you can look up videos or maybe have to make another tutorial later or it should be up here somewhere about your account so let's go ahead and click on create invoice now I'm going to create just a random invoice and I will delete it later because I don't have any to send out right now so you put their email address in right here the invoice number is generated for you already and they go in sequence you just leave it alone or you can change it totally up to you I believe it alone and let it the numbers just progress the invoice date was just today because that's when we're gonna send it the due date some people if you want to give them longer to pay I always do do one receipt and you know they can pay it today or tomorrow and it's fine or you can make a specific date like some people say on the first that's totally up to you and your agreement with your customers so down here we won't put the items now the items are already out of the package and I don't have the name item I normally just write a generic thing like necklace let's say they got three necklaces they're $5 each say they got two earrings which are also of course quite always each so there you go they got five items total which would be $25 we don't you really use the discount thing so over here we would put in the shipping on average I charge four dollars shipping through PayPal and that helps to cover some of the paypal fees so I do $4 shipping and you'd see the total is $29 now you can click allow partial payment which I've never done but it's possible you know allow the customers to add a tip but I've never done that it's just the options through PayPal you know for a generic business now here I put thank you so much you can preview it to see what it would look like so this is what the invoice would look like before you send it and then all you would do is click send so there's the invoice it is cinch I'm going to go ahead and cancel that one okay now - so now that you're back on your home page to ship out from a pain invoice what you do is here's my paid invoice there's the payment from the person and then you click on view invoice details so you got to go back to the original invoice so that you can ship it out see here you'll see the original invoice and then you go to print shipping label you leave it on the USPS if it's not already go ahead and put it on that and I always go to the top one that's the cheap just wanted to do and it still doesn't even take that long and you get a tracking number so since I do those little purple bubble mailers I do a package / thick envelope and then I'm going to weigh it real quick I have one of those little tiny kitchen scales it weighs five point four ounces so you have to round up so that makes it six ounces there's your tracking there when it's included for free click calculate shipping cost here we go 292 now most of your packages are going to be 266 when they're four ounces are below what because this is a little bit higher a little bit heavier it's 292 and sometimes there are three dollars when you like reach the ten ounces and so on and so forth but it really does not go above you know between 266 and 4 dollars so that's why I charge four dollars flat firm and pay there you go that it's paid there's your tracking number no I gotta do is print it out and put it on your package so I click print there's the label now if you already have only your sticker labels if you're using sticker labels or whatever if you already have it ready in the printer and there's only one spot then you can just click print but I have a to trade printer and tray one is the sticker labels and tray two is regular paper so by default it's gonna print it on the regular paper so I have to override that so I click on that click on preferences say only take it from the tray one we're going to say it's sticker paper so it doesn't like get confused and freak out and then I'm going to click print and there we go it's printing I can put it on the package and mail it out I hope that was helpful for you guys and please if you have any questions don't free to message me and comment down below or just say hi where are you from how long have you been doing paparazzi's again thank you everyone please remember to like comment and subscribe and i'll talk to you guys later bye [Music]
