welcome to ant my Erp this video will explain how to enter the receipt on Ant my Erp when a payment is made by the customer to do receipt entry go to Finance on the left hand side click on the finance icon the icon will change go to receipt entry all the receipts that have been entered will be shown here if a payment has come and a new entry needs to be added click on Plus in the right hand side the receipt form will open enter which date the payment was made the customer's name DMD is entered here select the branch from which the payment was made main branch is selected here enter the type of reference here select if the payment has come against the invoice or advance pay payment or on account select against here and then all the outstanding payments of the invoice will be shown here these three invoices have come in total 29766 payments have been received save it for example the customer has paid 29,00 700 instead of 29,7 67 67 has been cut enter the amount received here enter Bank in which the money has come select if it has come through check or through neft if there is any reporting tag in the master then the reporting tag will be visible here select it from the dropdown enter the check number or neft number enter the date of neft or check enter the bank that sent the money and its branch since the customer has cut 67 TDS select TDS here enter the amount in TDS here here the invoice number the amount and the total amount is seen the narration and internal remark can be added here if something has been received from the side of the vendor it can be uploaded here once saved this will be the receipt entry this was entered against the three invoices of the customer so those three invoices were settled here the voucher number is seen and also that the payment has come in and Bank the date name of the customer the neft or check number the total amount the type of reference is seen as against click on the voucher to view it in detail the voucher can be sent to the customer in the voucher along with the check number or neft number and the date it can also be seen that the total amount of 67 TDS that was cut has come to the ant Bank this money has come against three invoices it can be printed it can also be downloaded and sent to the customer this way a receipt entry can be created for the payment received by the customer thank you
