My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

Excel today I'm going to show you how to add automatic customer information on on the invoice template that we saw yesterday so so here I have you know a beginning of an invoice template with the automatic data for all my product reference into quantity so I just have to put the reference to quantity it gives me the amount what I'd like so that's my company can put my address I'd like to have all the customer information so you know so it would be nice to have a drop-down list and to be able to pick a customer and then have all the information with his address and everything so that's what we are going to build as usual I'm going to give you the template right below the video so you can download it right now and see you know so you can follow with me with all the formula everything already built so the first thing that we're going to need is the list of all of our customers so so I'm going to put it down so it's going to be custom customer names address and you can put anything you want for example text ID if it's relevant for you then school custom is gonna be big company big company huge Corp I don't know something I'm tiny shop address is going to be Main Street and no dress overseas and the corner I don't know I don't wanna make complicated names and here we're just gonna put some Tommy Tommy values for the tax ID now what we're going to do here we're going to first to make some space for our customers data so she having a say customer name so maybe a bill to address billing address and another thing is going to be insert tax ID oops tax ID Tech's idea okay now I'm going to I'm going to what I'm going to to put the drop-down list here so here it's gonna be I'm going to allow that I'm going to make a date data validation and allô allô a list which is going to be which is gonna be in my custom names here okay for example big company so first time what I'm going to do for format I'm gonna put that everything in white it's probably better like this it's probably nicer when you print it then I'm gonna put it like this my company my address bill to my big company and here we're going to use video cap we look at this value into the table of all the customers and we want the billing address it's going to be the second column with an exact match okay and here same formula same formula except we want the third column so easy tax ID and what's cool now is I can't just change the name of the company and tells me the address so of course you're going to put real address and tax idea or whatever reference you need maybe it could be like the camp number or sometimes they did you know the your customers dimension that they want a special number on the invoice for their their own references so that that's something you can put here and you can have automatically the values to pick four from from your list so that's that's an improvement so as usual you can download the file below I'm gonna give you the link you can download it right below the video and I'll see you tomorrow for a new excel tutorial don't forget to subscribe this way you'll be notified as soon as I publish suitable champions ciao
