I have been with airSlate SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for airSlate SignNow it was owned by airSlate SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it’s back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!

so the very last thing that we want to do and get set up inside our settings before we actually start creating invoices and sending invoices out is we want to actually select the style and the template of the invoice that we're going to go in and and use ok so there's five different styles that we can that we can pick from by default you're always going to have this style which is this style right here so I'm gonna go in real quick and I'm going to create a new invoice alright and I'm just going to create a new invoice for my waters and that's going to be my waters calm and then I'm just going to put in a test a $100 I think give it a zero tax rate and then then in the next video I'm going to show you how to create an invoice so we'll go over all this so don't worry about that I just want to actually show you all the different invoicing templates that you can choose from and invoicing you all right so this is the default template I'm going to come back over here to my settings here and then we're going to come over here to our template manager and I'm going to show you all the different templates here's the very first template this is your default template that's already selected it looks like this alright and then on a mobile device it looks very nice as well on a mobile device as you can see if somebody loads it up on a mobile device it's also nice and responsive and it looks really nice and clean on a mobile device alright so that's the first template we're going to look at the second template and see how that actually looks it's as simple as that you just click you just click that button and then once your client actually looks at invoice you can see that this is the next template so this is another template that you have this is actually the second template and you can see how nice that looks as well on a mobile device if you look at it on a mobile device it still looks nice and very clean and crisp for your for your clients for them to actually go in and pay you alright so this is a second template we're going to go right through and show you the third template and it's just like that all I got to do is click that button come back over refresh and now you've got a new template here so here's that template here's the third template again we're going to show you on a mobile device that looks very nice on a mobile device so it looks nice and clean on a mobile device and then we're going to go ahead and move on with the fourth template and show you what that fourth in blue looks like so here's your fourth template I can go in and paint looks nice and clean and if you look at on a mobile device it also looks nice and clean right on a mobile device okay so they'll be able to pay write on a mobile device and that looks nice and clean and then we're gonna go ahead and show you what the very last template looks like it's pretty much the exact same thing as the very first template it's just reversed you can see that it's just a little bit to the it's just a little bit to the other side and it's just a it's just a little bit different than the first template okay so we're gonna go ahead and load that up and show you what that looks like so here is that fourth template alright here's that fifth template this is the last template and if you guys not extra templates then you can do one of two things you can just let us know that you'd like more templates or you can just you know give us a design the template that you would like how you would like your voices to look you can just give us the design just give us that design file and we'll have our engineers go in and actually create that template specifically for you so that you can use it and so can everybody else all right so feel free if you don't like any of these templates here feel free just to have a design or create the the template style that you would like and how you would like your invoices to look and then like I said you just give that template to us and we will go in and I'll have our engineers create a custom template for you alright so here is that last template and again I'm going to show you on a mobile device it also looks really nice on a mobile device okay so that's the last thing that you need to do is select your template I'm going to go ahead and leave it with the style one because that's that's the templates that I like the most and now you've done everything that you need right now inside your settings we'll go over a little bit more everything else inside your settings a little bit later in other videos but for right now that's everything that you need to do in your in your settings and once you all this set up now you're good to go in the next video we're going to go in and create our very first invoice and you'll see how easy it is to create your very first invoice
