Convenient interface, easy to modify and cheap. Everything works as expected, and we have had zero issues using the program. We upload our documents, edit them in their program, then create a link and have our customers sign it. And if there are any issues, or something needs additional editing we just go back into the program and quickly fix the issue. From start to finish, we can upload and edit a doc, while emailing a sign here link in under 10 minutes. We would not be able to operate without this program.

We're a lender that listens,   we go out we see clients, we understand  their businesses, understand their goals.   We have a certain number of solutions but they're  not rigid you know it's not a one-size-fits-all.  We will always keep close to the  client because it's a financial product   but it's how we tailor make it for each  individual client and that makes us different.  We deliver the service that the client wants.  Technology has changed significantly, it allows  us to make the human decisions so much quicker   and then allows us to support businesses  and get cash out to them quicker.  We've brought in systems that kind of complement  what we do as a business from the relationship   perspective, we've implemented systems  such as Nivo which allows us to identify   and verify a client remotely which helps obviously  speed up the process of onboarding, we also have   e-sign which we've brought in which allows our  clients to sign their documents electronically. I think where we differentiate ourselves is the  service proposition that we can provide to both   our clients and our introducer base. We really want to work in partnership   with all parties concerned. Obviously our  Trustpilot reviews speak for themselves,   the continuous service that we give to our  introducers and client base and the fact that we   get the reviews that we get and importantly the  referrals that we get kind of demonstrate that.  Many many businesses over the years have  really tried to deliver that relationship   model and here at Ultimate Finance  that's where we are best in class.
