My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

hey welcome back guys so today on this video we are talking about Square invoices and more specifically I'm going to quickly answer a question I keep getting a lot on my other video and that is how do you create a job estimate with square invoices for free so let's go ahead and talk about this first off guys real quick video not too many steps involved so be sure to stick around to the end of the video but why would you want to create a job estimate in square invoices anyways well that's pretty easy if you're running a company especially a Service Company you know that if you're putting together a lot of different estimates inside of something like Excel spreadsheets it's not always the most efficient way to put together a lot of estimates and with square invoices they do offer that as a free service in their app whatever the case is it's a pretty easy process it's handled here in the Square invoices app it's this blue and white one here on the top Center check my video description I'll try to leave the written instructions there as well but I'm going to go ahead and open my Square invoices app now okay guys I went ahead and open up my Square invoices this is the home screen now here on the home screen if you want to put together an estimate to send your customer what you need to do is click on the estimates button down here on the bottom center once you do that it will show any existing estimates that you already have but to create a new estimate to send your customers click on this blue plus icon here on the top right okay so here's where we can go ahead and design our job estimate inside the square invoices so first thing you're going to need to do is add a customer so click right here on this blue line okay once you click there you're going to see all the different customers that you have in square invoices so just scroll through until you find the customer that you want to send the job estimate too if they're not in your contacts yet go ahead and add them by clicking on this plus icon here on the top right for me I'm going to go ahead and choose this contact okay next if you're going to send this job estimate to more than one person inside that company or maybe like family members say maybe a husband and wife you can go ahead and add them here for me I'm just going to leave it at One customer here you can go ahead and add a custom estimate ID these are completely optional if there's any attachments you can go ahead and include that there so like maybe if you're a contractor and you have pictures of the job site here you can go ahead and attach ious Square contracts that are available for free in the Square invoice app let me click on there okay so now we're ready to go ahead and create our job estimate so we're going to click on ADD estimate here at the bottom in blue all we're going to do here is just add line items so just click here add item or discount okay once you click there it's going to show all of the different items that you have available or that you're offering so you can easily just go ahead and click on one of them like this one right here okay as soon as you do that you can see that that line item was added into my job estimate and then we can go ahead and add another item right here okay and just choose from another one now if you're going to be offering a specific service that you don't already have an item for just click on custom amount and then what you're going to do is go ahead and give it a name so we'll just do let's say roof replace and then you can just go ahead and add in the price so let's say $250 and then click on the blue ad you can increase the quantity so let's say you're working on two properties so we'll do two of those and then this notes it's really optional but you can put any kind of restrictions in there so we're going to replace a roof but that's if the roof is only for a playground or whatever it is that applies to your particular business and then we'll click on ADD okay now we have that added into our job estimate so we have a total right here 600 also we can disclose a late fee to our customers so just click on late so if they don't pay in time we're going to go ahead and charge them $50 and then I'll click on save so late fee is plus $50 and then the service date we'll go ahead and let's say it's on June 10th and then due date by default it's as soon as they receive the invoice they need to pay that or you can go ahead and give them 30 dates after the invoice date or you can set a custom that's really up to you and again that depends on your particular customer all right now we're ready to go ahead and send our job estimate so I'm going to click on preview and send okay next it shows an image of what your customer is going to see for this particular job estimate so we have an estimate number and then we have a description of the work that we're going to performing and the total amount that's going to be due so let's go ahead and click on send estimate down here on the bottom in blue and that would go directly to your customer I'm not going to do that because this is not an actual live estimate I just wanted to do that for the video but that's how easy is if you're wondering how to send a job estimate through Square invoices that's the easiest way I know how to do it if you know an easier way be sure to leave a
