hello this is Jim at legendary quality printing and today we're gonna do the free online invoicing open to anybody so go ahead and try it out you have a screen printing company and eat some quick online invoicing you can try it out use it whatever anytime you like I find it to be particularly very well designed and pretty good so yeah go let's go use it so I'm here at .viki and I'm just gonna type in online invoice HTH TN and boom before you can upload your own logo for your business click on invoice for your invoice or quote for a quote address job child title stuff like that you've seen building invoice number you know I'm just gonna do this real quick so I'm not gonna fill out any want but you want to put your numbers in we got show description here I needs to be click to show your style number and you can edit this part style numbers you do have to know what you're charging you can change that anytime not just uh but a fixed field in there four dollars and fifty cents you might be up more or less whatever do the upside of this click on the show up sizes you know as well we're just gonna be one number you know description and this would be your subcontract printing this is why we charge subcontractors Fran it's pretty cheap really cheap actually I should say pretty good really cheap and especially going on on the higher quantities of t-shirts 70 cents for 70 to 73 to 144 you pay which pay they give you deposit these are our stamps then just click Submit these fields are the ones that you have to have in order for it to process make sure that these are check always yours will look better than mine because I didn't fill out all the forms but we get the drift of it goes calculates your page you can print it out to set the email you'll have to screen capture there whatever in a print program and paste two sides together and then crop it very simple to do a lot simpler than designing accepting you putting some more code in there to see if it as PDF or something like that so that I'll leave that up to you and you work a little bit I still think it's a list aggravating then having something the most invoices so this is a pretty easy one and it's not the one I go to but I think it's a lot easier it's a lot quicker I might use it but it's really for my subcontract people for marketing sales they want to they don't have that invoice err you know this is where they would go to to make their invoicing easier and look professional at the same time so keep that in mind go ahead and use it and hope hopefully this helps you I know the screen printing industry it's quite can be quite stressful or whatever but uh I think this will make it a little fun for you and my stressful so have fun use it thank you
