hey freelance designers is managing customers and issuing invoice is a problem for you if yes this video is definitely able to help you because i am going to demo how to solve the problems efficiently as what you can see i have created an invoice template by using google sheet for you and it is so convenient to manage your customers and the invoice as what you can see here every time when we want to create invoice the main problem is to retype or reviews the address and the customer details so with my templates you can see i just need to click the customer names and select the customers that i want to issue for the address and the details will change it ingly so this can be easily managed by the customer database which is the same which in the same google sheets as what you can see here i have two customer now and whenever i want to create a new customers i can just simply do it in here and the customer list will be added ingly so you can see now joey is in the list so i want to create the invoice for joey and all the things is change and after that will be the pricing and the calculations so in my templates everything is set for you you don't have to worry about the formulas what you need to do is just change the price and also the units which is the quantity the price will change ingly as what you can see here the google sheet will help you to calculate everything what you need to do is just to decide whether you want to give the discount if yes then the price will change also the grand totals will be displayed and finally is to download the invoice and then send it to your customer so what you have to do is just click the data and name the range which select the you know say the whole sheets and then to download it ingly yeah so everything is that simple and after you export the pdf you can just send this to your clients and that is that's all so if you want to get this invoice template please drop me an email so that i can share you my access so we see you in the next episode bye
